Initial commit: systats terminal system monitor

Full-featured TUI system monitor with CPU (per-core + sparklines),
RAM/Swap, Disk IO, Network (RX/TX sparklines), GPU (NVIDIA+AMD),
temperatures, and interactive process management (kill, nice, filter,
details popup). Branded: Electric Entropy Lab.
